To return your purchase(s), please send the unopened item(s) to Creodent Milling Center with a copy of the original invoice(s). To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the original unopened packaging.
If you think you have received defective parts or there is something wrong with your order, please contact Creodent Milling Center to explain the issue.
***Excludes Equipment and software. No return of these items will be allowed unless expressly authorized in writing. Once these items are ordered, they cannot be canceled.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and deemed eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within several days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, contact Creodent Milling Center to explain the issue. You may or may not be entitled to an exchange.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Creodent Hudson Valley Inc, 9 Hudson Valley Prof. Plaza, Newburgh NY 12550, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if it was paid by Creodent.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
